i found the concierge staff friendly. the reception staff at the lobby were helpful as well. i was able to leave my luggage, and it was delivered to my room upon its readiness. complimentary water and real milk were restocked daily in the mini fridge.

the deluxe queen room included nice furnishings. the bed was very comfortable. blackout drapes do not cover ALL the windows completely, and there were slight gaps.

a NICE illy coffee maker was available. the gym requires a key from the front desk EACH time you go. the hotel also provided a clothes steamer.

the location was convenient for getting around (i walked everywhere).
My room faced a busy street. Sirens and general traffic noise continued late into the night. i asked about a quieter room, but none was available. earplugs are a must.

The staff members were friendly. They were also helpful with directions! My room included complimentary water, coffee and tea every day, a good perk. I found a fantastic selection of hot breakfast dishes each morning in the Hydra restaurant.

The proximity to attractions like Canada Place and Stanley Park is excellent! These sites are within reasonable walking distance. I also found the hotel's short walk to Waterfront Station quite convenient for airport access.

The staff were cute and accommodating, that was a plus. i also found the location convenient. It was close to many attractions. the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the bar looked inviting.
I waited a while sometimes. the tv channel selection was limited, that was a bit disappointing.

the rooms was clean, and the bed feels very comfortable. i also found it very nice to have items like the espresso machine, robes, and slippers, i use them a lot.
the lobby is a small area on the 2nd floor, i saw no desk where one could get information. limited tv channel selection was a small negative for me.
